We had 4 days to look around and explore. 30 forest acres is a lot of land to explore. But what we saw was so fantastic, rock formations, clearings. So many possibilities!

Thank goodness it had multiple paths and roads cut throughout to get from one side to the other. It’s still as beautiful in the spring as it was in the fall last year, and this is before all the deciduous trees are in bloom.

We will plan an actual trip staying on the land hopefully in May. We will be gathering information and costs to develop land, cut underbrush and clear paths better to accommodate vehicles, without scratching up cars.

I’m so happy with this purchase. It was actually hard to leave.

We stayed at this place 10 minutes from our property. A working hemp farm on 200 acres. Beautiful ranch house, with a koi pond and jurassic park like fences. It’s for sale… only 1.1 million!
