Well, after three days of searching dozens of properties, putting 1300.2 miles on the car (Me with my foot elevated in the backseat, Shaun “Driving miss Daisy” style). We have found our diamond in the rough. An offer has been made. We are hoping from word back from the seller before Thanksgiving. 

It’s 35 minutes from Klamath Falls, about four hours from the coast and four and a half miles from Portland, and one hour from the California Northern boarder. Located on the top of a small mountain at the end of a (surprisingly well maintained) dirt road. And It’s got VIEWS!! Both Southern and Northern views for miles!!

The video above was taken from the South East Corner (where Shaun calls “Dibs!”) There are dirt roads throughout the property due to fire services because property to our South/West burned last year. Ultimately clearing out trees making more spectacular views and a great place to angle our future solar panels.

This is video from the second day up so we actually knew where we were going,  following Andrea in. At 2:45 is where we hit our property line and where the HipCamp three or four spots could be cleared out starting in the spring for income. At 3:45 is where we hit “our driveway” that splits the middle of our property.  We will have to share the driveway with our neighbors Sean and Stephanie,  who toured us all around, even showed us the inside of their tree house currently under construction.  They have three goats and chickens and two lovely dogs. 

SO MANY POSSIBILITIES!! I’M SO EXCITED 😊 🤗!! AND MY SISTER ROCKS!! ❤
