Oh what a month! We have been taking every spare morning, afternoon, weekend to work on Grandma Taylors house to get it ready to sell. Its been a roller coaster ride, from an “intent to buy” last month, to a last minute text from the buyers that they were pulling out. We had put EVERYTHING on hold because they requested to buy “as is” for a lower price. Which honestly felt wrong for me, leaving things unfinished. So here we are finishing up the unfinished business…..
