6 month check today, no cavities!! That good news since I’m not sure how well hygiene has been kept on that front. It seems like showers and hairdos are getting more difficult for her to manage some days. I dread the day when she is unable to care for herself.

Yesterday Shaun took her to metamorphosis salon downtown to get her nails done by Heather our neighbor. We requested she cut them very short and use gel polish to help her from scratching her skin. But when I got home from work I said “let me see those pretty nails!” And noticed there was blood under her nails again 🤦‍♀️

Apparently she still is picking her skin. I’m at a loss with that. I don’t know how to stop it. She will deny she is doing it, and no matter how many dressings I use she will find a way around it. It’s much better then it was originally, it’s just a constant battle.
