Mom has been complaining more and more about her hearing. She has very sensitive ears. In church she actually told the bishop his sound system was too loud. Last time we went to the movies to see Black Panther, I got her earplugs. She has been wearing them almost everywhere public now. I guess it’s time to add an audiologist to her medical team.

Today was the boys color run, and unfortunately the music was blasting so mom decided she wouldn’t stay for the race.

But we did go to dinner afterwards with JoAnn, Troy who is visiting from Japan, our family and Shans family.

Mom ordered by herself for the first time since she has been here. It was a big step. Usually she gets very flustered by the menus, and says “I’ll get whatever your getting”, even small ones. This menu was 4 pages back and front, and she navigated it and told the waitress she wanted a chicken taco salad! I honestly think our diet and medication combination is working! Happy days
