Downtown
Downtown to see the tree lighting ceremony today. Such a fun community small town feel here. Listening to the mayor speak and introduce Santa then count down to the tree lights. We stayed and watched dancers, mom was particularly fond of the tap dancers, I almost had to hold her back from going up on stage. She whoops and hollers yelling “go girls!” And “shake it honey!” 😂

The way your mom reacted to the dancers reminded me of Larry’s mom reaction when she was excited about something. One time driving down with her on a very busy 33rd South, she saw this beautiful large dog someone was walking. She said I love that dog, and opened the door while we were at a stop light, traffic zooming by. We had to physically restrain her. Took all my strength to reach around from the back seat to close the door before she stepped into traffic! And she wondered why she couldn’t go pet that dog! So we know what it is like. Has it turned cold up your way yet. So far we are having mild temps and no storm. Using artificial snow for ski resorts! Take care, look forward to your next posting!
