We had a nice quiet, with occasional explosive 4th. We decided to BBQ and invited JoAnn, Shan and Rexy, Dain and Angie, and families.

Jen has been up here this week, for the foreseeable future to help with mom. It’s nice to have somebody else see the daily struggles and offer help at this point. We have been limited with life this summer. Jen provides us time away, such as Jack’s birthday we got to go eat out, without having to worry and rush.

And Jen was kind to make us a birthday cake when we got home.

Greg and Catherine sent a box of crumble cookies. I tried turning the poor door-dash delivery driver away. “NOPE. Must be the neighbor’s again. We don’t order door-dash!” Haha. Thanks Greg and Catherine!
