David came up to visit! Yay!! We are sad he is working through Christmas, but we will take him while we can. Planning on as many Christmas related things we can find. Ham and sweet potatoes with butter rolls tonight. Hopefully a visit to the river lights. And lots if talking and laughter.

Jack had a winter scout camp this weekend in 15 degrees Fahrenheit weather! He did really well and actually had a great time. Thank goodness for good sleeping bags and hand warmers.

I always wish I had a video when I pop around the corner to moms room when shes talking to herself. This time I had my camera rolling and it did not disappoint. She was wearing her hamper lid as a hat and presented it to the queen in the mirror with a curtsey. 🤭

Honestly this week has been more trying then usual, she started up with the “I want to go home” again. I thought that we had overcome that phase. And the confusion at night (sundowner syndrome) is getting much worse. 😢
