Spring break

We decided to break out the RV and do a little close to home camping next to the snake river at Wolf Flats campground. We went up Thursday afternoon took mom back home by bedtime, and Kristy brought her back up to us Friday after they were done, since the campsite was just minutes from Kristys home, it worked out perfect, so then we could tackle harder hiking Friday morning, while she was with Kristy.

Mom got to enjoy the camping experience without the nighttime confusion of not being in her own bed and the worst of the cold. The sun was shining and we had fun.

Hard hike Friday morning
Easy walk with mom
And s’mores for everyone

Only Jack and I stayed up Friday night. Joe had enough one night in. So Jack and I hiked up the cliff wall where the rock climbers play on Saturday morning before they all came back up to break down camp.

That’s our RV

We had to be 100 ft. above the road. This kid is hard to entertain. Jack is always going, and in a quarantine situation, that means I get to keep him entertained. Good thing I can still keep up with him for the most part. We had fun.
