Amazon prime is our saving grace this winter! I love getting not only special items like this paint set, which was a hit! Yay. Other items we have tried, not so much.

But also daily needed items such as her protein drinks, briefs, wipes, special laundry and bath soap the dermatologist recommended, and so much more.

Dad came up to get his timeshare documents finalized. It was difficult to get her signatures all looking similar, in four places, but the notary was very patient. At one point when she took a good 3-4 minutes for one signature, I leaned over to explain again and help spell out her name, when she got very indignant with me. Of course in minutes she forgets why she’s upset, but her hurt feelings can last for days, and she glares at me from across the kitchen.
Dad didn’t stay long, he got the signature Friday after I came home from work, and left on Saturday morning back to “55 and sunny St George”. Making sure to announce the weather back home a few times while he was here. I’m sure it’s hard on him seeing her this way, she’s not the person he knew at all at this point.
I like to donate blood at least once a year. (I should do more since I was actually a blood bank phlebotomist for years, way back when, and know how severe the need is) Usually it falls around my birthday, so this is my gift to society. Happy Birthday too me!

We beat some winter blues by turning the house into a parkour gym. And the city left another gift of a Mountian in front of our house. It’s been dumping snow for a couple weeks. We’ve had two days of school called off, for snow days, just this week.

Found another winner winner easy dinner that mom likes and eats, and it’s simple pantry staples…
