Oh how fast summer has come and gone!

We helped Grandma Jo pick out new furniture for her living room. Mom got to play more silly games with RaeLynn, she’s fabulous for her shy nonverbal silly face games that make mom laugh and play right back….

It’s a fun ongoing game those two play

Walked to church and around the parks and neighborhood a few times, she’s lost interest in her garden, but it’s thriving right now…

Mom is back to agreeing with every suggestion of getting out, quite contrary to about one month ago when we couldn’t get her to leave the house without bribery. Now she’s game for everything, even when I’m sure she would be miserable, like the State Fair, with the walking and noise and crowds, so her and Grandma Jo had a night together while we went….

We Ate ridiculous amounts of sugar….

saw a sword swallower..and did some mild carnival rides, and one super spinning ride for Jack and I

It was a great way to end summer
