FB Group, My prevention plan

I love this group
One thing I see asked time and again is what are you doing as a caregiver, to prevent Alzheimer’s?
What I personally have been trying to do….
Take Vitamins -curcumin, B-complex, antioxidants, and CBD
Switched to Non-aluminum hygiene products including deodorant
Sleep habits -eight hours every night with an occasional 10 minute nap during the day
Buying Organic foods, eat vegetarian and keep up on my non gmo garden
Cut alcohol way down, mostly red wine for the antioxidants
Keeping stress low, and meditate and yoga as much as I can.
What I NEED to be doing is…
Cut out Diet Coke and sugars completely
Do more aerobic exercise at least 30 minutes every day.
Vacation when able, make new memories and connect to family
