Tonight we got front row, all you can eat BBQ, tickets to the Chukers vs. Raptors game at Melaleuca Fields. They are the minor league team to the Royals major league team. It’s the beginning of mom’s “birthday week”. She’s already planning to go back to the next game. We live just blocks from the ballfields, and can hear the National anthem and cheering whenever they are in town playing from our backyard.

The boys got swag galore, T-shirts, sunglasses, bracelets, toothbrushes, and a foul ball, plus all the hamburgers, hotdogs, chips, soda and cookies they could eat 🤢.

I’m so glad Joe is feeling better for the first time.

We dressed for the chill, it was 60 degrees, probably the coldest night in June, but we came prepared with blankets, jackets, and a scarve and hat for mom.
