Christmas & Rash
It’s been an exciting and busy holiday weekend. Lots of visitors. David came up on Saturday afternoon for a whole week, we played games, put together a 500 piece puzzle, which confused mom greatly. Drove around town to see Christmas lights and through Freeman park. Put together a gingerbread house and baked lots of cookies for friends and neighbors.

Christmas Day was early and long, the boys woke up at 5:00am. We let mom sleep in through the Santa presents. Breakfast of crepes and then we got ready for people to come over for lunch and more present exchanges, unfortunately JoAnn and Shan and Rexy all came down with the flu, so we had a much smaller get together, with Aunt Jeri. Mom stayed in her room for most of the afternoon, she had forgotten where she put the boys presents and I think was embarrassed to come out for the gift exchange. But by dinner she found them and joined us for opening presents, dinner and a movie.
She has asked multiple times when David is not around, who he “belongs to”. When I explain he’s my child, she laughs and said of course she remembers him as a baby.
Warning graphic pictures ahead……
Today we had a check up at the doctors for her rash on her back. I took pictures last week for document sake…..

He started her on steroid cream, and xyzal pills which will also help her stubborn post nasal drip….
and we switched out all the soaps and shampoo for baby soap. Her room has been sterilized just in case it’s an allergic reaction or mite. The doctors thinks she just picks at her skin due to itching and forgetting.
